I'm looking for a killer freelance product designer. You should...

a) Love figma

b) Be enthusiastic about deep-dive whiteboarding sessions where we co-design and ideate together remotely (in Figma)

c) Have a clean, simple, and human design aesthetic

d) Have a diligent work ethic, making huge progress between design workshops

e) Enthusiastically embrace feedback and ideation - no precious egos!

f) Have great (and referencable) experience with sophisticated UX flows on both desktop and mobile

g) Be ready for an immediate start
